Don’t do a road ride the day after an all day trials ride.

Went for 30 managed 50 with 2 blow outs and a knackered tyre, Stuck some cardboard in the slit tyre which lasted 2 miles 🤣 had to walk to a bike shop to get a new tyre legs are dead not gone this far for years and to top it off a lovely head wind from Faversham
