Great morning, got to catch up with Mr. B and put some miles down.  Great and fun guy to ride with.
  
Left calf started cramping around the injured areas where it tore away from the achilles last year.  Got to about 20 miles with no issues then when I was putting some power down on a short climb it acted up.  And the second time a few miles later it cramped when I dropped into the little ring and spun the pedals a couple times on a climb.  No resistance and it cramped right up.  I thought that was weird.

Anyhow was a lovely morning and also got all the bikes washed and lubed up this afternoon.  It was nice to finally get that done.  And stage 1 of the TDF was fantastic.  Going to be a very entertaining tour this year.
