Unplanned long one and so not the best prepared but new route for me. Hit the wall about Frome on the return. Got a wicked inner thigh cramp near Charlton Musgrove, like a strong electric shock ⚡️🙄 Managed to stretch and pummel my thigh back into life and continue home. Pretty knackered but enjoyed the ride, (well most of it! 😜
