Just one of those days as could not get going but no real hard parts except knowing I should be faster.  Ended up 7th in 1/2 Double as only gave out Men's and Women's OA - If there was a 50+ I would have won.

Picked it up in last 20 miles and picked up 30 spots.

Will have a partial video as for some reason camera switched to its battery and ran out and did not know it as battery pack had plenty of power.

If could ride as I have before woudl have gotten maybe 3rd in 1/2 Double.

I do need to work this out as just can't seem to ride long and fast right now.  Am sure no sleep is big and sore back did not help as no power in legs with it.  Did get some in last hour.
