Flawlessly executed my best performance possible and super happy with the result. Big progress in overall placing.

Great swim following feet and enjoyed it being non-wetsuit!

Felt incredible on the bike, cruising past people on the big climbs and flying past people on the technical descents. Had such a good time. Some cretin stole my wahoo from transition so I'll never know the data 🤷

Run was tough as always but just about hung on and soaked up the world champs vibes.  Awesome cheer squad Charlotte Wilson Ed Ninham
