Chelsea to Wakefield  via Gatineau park trail and river Rail Trail

Great cycling day. Ottawa Carleton Railway trail to Carleton place. Ottawa Valley Recreational Trail from Carleton place through Almonte, Pakenham, and Arnprior. Gravel/Tarmac back. 
Must stop in Almonte at Healthy Food Technologies Donut shop. Best name for a donut shop ever. Coincidentally some of the best donuts around. See photo of “hamburger donut”. Worth the detour of the trail through Almonte to get to it. Very friendly owner server more than happy to explain why it’s called  Healthy Food Technologies. Great route for those who like this kind of rising.
