Teaching (or at least trying to) two 10yo’s how to trail run.

I have discovered something that, for me, has been very powerful over the last 48 hours. I have discovered how to effectively walk in the streets. It sounds strange, but the most important thing is for me to use the center line. The line that divides the two concrete pillars in my neighborhood. And then to occasionally get in the grass on the sidewalk. In the grass space, you can run the trail. And at the center line, you can do foot work with your feet and interesting rhythms with your breathing.

If anyone wants to join, I’d love that. But, you have to ask Brock first, because he’s my main street walking parter.  We like to “own the streets” together (my words, not his).
