Felt absolutely invincible setting off with Rhys representing DPFR B team. We’d put a good gap into the teams we set off with and we’re starting to pick our way through a large pack just ahead. Whilst raving to Rhys about just how runnable and amazing the terrain was, I hit a tussock which quite quickly derailed our plans… Huge thanks to the Mountain Rescue Teams, club mates, NHS staff, friends and family for making things a little less shit. But this marks a good while off running 🫠
