SESSION: jog to the new parkrun test event/run the parkrun test event at controlled effort
RESULT: being blocked up from this blessed cold aside, this was lovely. the airways got less blocked throughout such that running felt easier and easier; saw the serpentine legend Karen Hancock and the trainer selling/magical massage legend Nick Newman; met a few delightful dogs
