Easy run with co worker

Still a great race! Some highs and many lows but a good day had.
✅ got great weather 
✅ only goal was a finish working toward 10 finishes (now at 6)
✅ planned on around 3:40-45 as a training run for JFK
✅ ate 4 Carbs Fuel gels, drank electrolyte drink and water at most stops 
❌ training was barely existent, with one long run
❌ running on pavement is far harder than trails, the pounding really starts to hurt after 2-3 hours 
❌ been sick as a dog for 3 weeks now, fatigued and coughing fits 
❌ it only gets harder with work and kids, I’ve definitely lost an edge 
❌ I’m still overheating, had it dripping down my face, the cold weather helped but still
