Lunch Ride

Weather was good enough for the summer bike, bit windy but dry.  Was flying along the final few km with the wind behind me finally, when I clipped the edge of the road, lost control and ended up in a heap.  
Bruised, cut and sore, I managed to fix the flat front tyre (not sure if this was a cause or did it going in and out of the ditch) straighten the bars and limp home for the last 4 km.
Carbon bars are toast, shifter is scuffed but still works, Garmin mount is bent, but all else looks ok.
