Fun run in atrocious weather 🌪️

Came with no real target, had a blast! 😁

Popped my shoulder 1 hour into the race 🙈
Got help from a kind runner to push it back in place, got an adrenaline high and pushed through the remaining 90km 🤷‍♀️

Then had severe stomach cramps which never really disappeared until the end of the race 🤢 Couldn’t eat a thing for 6 hours straight, which in turn cramped my legs. That my reminder that I need to further test nutrition strategies before and during long trail races 🙌

Anyway, didn’t have a strict time target, if anything I’m glad I managed to work around those issues and find the energy to finish 😊
