YGF S2 - the disgrace of Tengchong

Everything was in order. Carbs were loaded and legs felt super good. Was surprised I could keep up with the front group. Until we reach this descent where the asphalt was milled. On the dry part I saw already wheels slipping from other riders in the pack, so tried to carefully brake and reduce speed. Unfortunately then it got wet and some moss made the road very slippery. A young guy from the Evolve Team in front of me lost control a his bike and fell, so was I doing a proper Salto mortale one second later. Saddle and helmet broken, else don't know yet. The emotional humiliation is probably greater than the physical pain experienced. Especially as I had to witness at least another 20 riders crashing in that corner while waiting in the bus.
