Odyssey of modest proportions. 1/2 marathon is a good distance for me because I can focus on athletic running. Meaning some pretty specific biomechanical things for me, but also just getting springy and moving assertively. And those specific things also seem to be best remedied with abstract, energy-flow or feel-based visualizations rather than direct analysis. The gestaltian wins over the reductionist in this case.
