Felt pretty good through 20 miles before I felt some knee pain at 25 and cramped up. Walk/ran the rest as the running got harder and my legs eventually had enough. 

Super grateful for the strangers who gave me ibuprofen and Vaseline at Weverton. Very content with the distance PR and getting some more ultra experience under my belt. I’ll be back to finish this thing. 

Big shout out to my parents, Aunt Carolyn and Uncle Brian for waking up at 5:00 AM and crewing me for the day🙌
