Ouch! Honestly, a pretty good day out. I had a good start and made it up to Finn and Isaac on lap 2, but bobbled as I hopped the barriers. Messed up the first one and tried to force it over the second, but went OTB in slow motion and that was the gap. I buried myself trying to make it back up, but never did. The gap grew a second or two each lap all the way to the finish. Mega congrats to Finn on the state title and Isaac on another strong ride. Bummed to miss out, but proud of my ride and effort! So proud of my Homegrown Athletics crew out there too!
