60 Minute Treadmill w/30 min @ 12% Incline

Officially set highest vert gain in a year with this run. Tready vert kinda cheating but can only get some much in the winter. For sure gonna make this a regular thing thru the winter and spring (and subsequent training blocks). Incline tread doubles may be a thing too. Building up the strength this winter!
As for this run - 3 miles chill @ 1-3% incline, then 30 min @ 12% w/75-90+ sec on, 70-80 sec off. Reps were more like 90-95 sec towards the end with 2 min on to finish. Feeling a little stronger week by week; gonna be a good winter to focus on the process with less stress of hitting mileage/specific targets.
