Superb session, dead on-shore but high 1.8m neap.  Well powered on 4.5 then overpowered tried the end when the wind picked up a few knots.  Sailing upwind east, then beam reach west, absolutely flying on slightly broad reaches in the flats between the waves.  A few good backside wave rides coming down on the white water, one nice high jump that I'll remember for a while; saw a decent steep 4ft ramp forming ahead so beared away and carved into it getting a nice high floaty air and a soft landing.  Staying well east of the clubhouse towards East Wittering avoids the current and makes these conditions great fun.
Had a couple of hours out, sadly battery on the watch died as I hadn't brought the Garmin charger cable.
