Palo Alto & Stanford Campus With Test Ride of “Imladris”

Today’s ride began with a pilgrimage of sorts.  I visited the site of the former Onizuka Air Force Station, to which I occasionally relocated to perform operations, orbit analysis, and spacecraft engineering when my main Colorado station was down for maintenance & upgrades.  Lots of fond crew memories.  The balance of the ride included some climbing to the west of Palo Alto.  Seriously beautiful country, this.  I’ll definitely be back!
