Fun Group tonight. Great to be back on the bike following illness yet again. This time Doctor visit sorted with a Full rest I am now feeling back to normal again. 

Legs are feeling good. Not quite what they were but even after rest they feel better what I had only 2 weeks ago. Away for work tomorrow but managed to sort being able to take part in ZRL still. Going to be spicy but after tonight I feel hopefully of at least being with the main group. He says haha!!!!
