my hot take of the day is that 45 minutes feels like it's at least 10 or 15 minutes shorter than 50 minutes. and i didn’t have a cold take in mind, but i feel like to even out my hot take I'll just say that i think breaking one or both of your legs is not a very fun experience.

also i just remembered another take i had was that people asking "how was your break" is highkey so brutal. i had to answer that question like 20 times today, and you know what i said after like the 5th one? "it was pretty good." and i think leaving it at that is completely fair because if you ask a cookiecutter question, a cookiecutter answer is a perfectly valid equal and opposite reaction. idk why this made me so heated bro holy shit im turning into cal on presentation night.

this was my first ever run in trail pegs, they were actually pretty awesome in the snow. also ran a 12.1 100m on my last sprint for the day. might have to go for the 1500/100 double this season.
