At least the winds were sensible today, not a gale just a nice breeze.
Minor issue with my right foot, on the outside pressure pain. Feel as if the outside has no support under it. Will do some bodges with an old insole. Or maybe a wedge under the cleat on one side. Have my feet set wide in stance .Will do some tinkering before calling a pro foot person,
