First hyrox solo, 1hr7min 46s 🤙🏼 blew on the wall balls and lost a little time,
Final session- run ramp, new PB, followed by some 100m row world record attempts 😂
Lunch openers- couple k @4 - 400m at 3.45
Morning flush out, finished with 5k row for 18min 15s
