This morning I set out to complete my first Ultra Marathon, I do these things now to try and show others like myself that life can be turned around! After leaving the Military with a life long injury and constant pain I started to suffer with Mental Health issues as I couldn’t adjust, understand myself or the world around me!
@combatstress saved me from drowning and after nearly a decade of incredible care from their team of therapists, I was able to live again, my family got me back.
The work they do does changes and in my case save lives, please if you can donate to their Christmas Appeal do so as all the money really does make a huge difference!
But also if you do know someone who is struggling or in crisis please reassure them that they are not alone and it is never too late to get help!
