Easy day
Heat Session, trying to sweat more than yesturday, 2hrs at 242 very high heartrate from 30 mins in and rode strong for the 2hrs
Heat session = high heartrate and alot of sweat
Heating on Fan off = a shit ton of sweat and a high heartrate
No matter what i do it's never good enough, oh yeah new FTP again đ 332 watts
