I just couldn't not get to 1000m of climbing today, so I added the half climb up The Grade.

I knew after 4 laps of Cobbled Climbs route in Richmond that I couldn't go for a full gas effort to see if I could get a new PB. But, unlike my previous attempt, I didn't blow my doors off the second half. I kept a relatively consistent cadence and power throughout, starting slower on the bottom ramp so I had enough in the tank to take it all the way to the banner without needing to stop.
