Checking out Aldea Zama. Seems like a pretty cool development with relatively urbanist/eco-living intentions. Lots of greenery, the jungle here is thicc. The entire center strip is pedestrian only. Restaurants & services are strewn about with a Chedraui mega-grocery across the main avenue. Super walkable area, easily bikeable to the beach. They incorporate trees into the sidewalks and even the roads. Streetlights have motion sensors and aren't super bright to cut down on light pollution. Definitely bougie vibes but seems like a far better implementation than pretty much anywhere in the US.

Good long steady run. First time I actually busted out the running shoes of the trip. Phone died before the end, wanted to get at least 10k in.
