- Decided to approach the nearby mountain from ~ three different sides today, purely for a 'dramatic' effect, then sprinkled into a few uphill peak short sprints — again, mostly to preserve the illusion that I adopted a coherent training philosophy; 😅
- My running technique seemingly 'evolved'… apparently straight into a “slippery ninja" mode. I ran downhill on the wet and rocky north side of the Tâmpa mountain as if the gravity had given up on me. As expected, the ground was soaked and unstable, further enhancing the 'scenic' effect — but is clearly that I often enjoy some of the bad decisions... especially when involving a series of wet, but relatively 'friendly' environments. 😄
