2 x 15-min light Uptempo w/5-min powerhike + cool down all at 20% grade

HR went from high 130s to high 140s on first rep (4.0-4.1mph), then 140s to low 150s on second rep (also 4.0-4.1mph). Felt calves and quads (esp VMO) working a bit.Tried to get glutes to work more though with faster cadence ( 170s) and posterior pelvic cue.
