Lunch Walk
Morning Run. Fantastic day for a run today. Lake was beautiful and still. Managed to run all the way round without any pain in the ribs or ankle so things are really going well now. Whoooo! Hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy.
Long run. 1 hour 55 minutes. A bit faster the last three miles.
Centurion Grand Prix. Slow one today after long rung last night. Went out a bit fast!
