Creaky ramblin

Slightly uphill on the way back gets me every time

All the reviews said it was hard, and good lord they undersold it! Basically doing single leg squats and lunges up muddy slippery rocks for 90 minutes. I am by no means in good shape but I felt like I was doing 5 minute intervals red lining. Holy hell. But it was worth it! Nadia made it half way and made the tough but smart decision to not attempt the second half cause it was way harder and I’m so very proud of her for what she accomplished! Also forgot to turn my watch on for the first 1/4 back down, which coming down was not as taxing cardio wise but my dogs are barking after going downhill that much 😂 earned myself quite a few beers in paradise today!
