Getting my zones right to begin training properly again ,been working with HR only for 8 weeks now . Pleased to report VO2 max is back where it was in August when I blew myself up ;lessons learned.SO MANY . & the HARD WAY as per 😂but we’re back.on.track and that’s all that matters .ftp only 8 watts down in 3 months ; Iv had worse losses with that  😜 getting correct LT threshold was the most important aspect of today tho . Now can start to build properly 💪
