I’ve been active sure but oh that dripping sweat feels good! While investing in my newest, longest term and favorite project - parenting - transitioning my activity to stay close to home has been a fun, although indoor, experiment. Luckily I’ve been practicing pre-dawn movement for years and the kid seems to give me a nice hour window where I can make it happen. Fun to feel some motivation now that a little birthday dance to Auburn might happen, so Zwift and mill will do until the exercise window gets a little bigger.
