PITA fucking computers. just as the group started, the computer dropped the connections to the trainer, it reconnected, then dropped again. three times within the first 5 minutes of the ride. by the time i got shit sorted, i was 1.5 miles behind the main group. i started chasing, but after 30 minutes they were still 2 minutes up and it was not happening, so i settled in to just riding the thing solo. i caught a few riders along the way, but slowly i could see the main group extending the gap.
