Tough day but I'm still extremely grateful for this experience.  Thanks Brian Glassey for putting together an awesome training block. I was in the best shape of my life, just dropped the ball from a raceday nutrition standpoint and maybe should have gone for sub 2:40 instead of 2:37. 

And thanks Chelsea Roche​ for supporting me throughout this training cycle. It's not been easy, but it means the world to me that you let me pursue what I love, even in the midst of raising two outgoing kids.

Also, thank you Thomas Talhelm​ for hosting me this weekend. I had a blast hanging out with you and Karen in Folsom. 

(Hopefully this is sensible.  I haven't been able to put anything down since the race, feeling mildly delirious right now)
