20mins strides & losing stiffness (123bpm)

15mins (126bpm) Strides

33mins walk&run (114bpm)

30mins walk&run (104bpm)

* Went for a  race pace of (1st 5k- 20mins) felt good & fresh, then second 5k started to feel the pain and slow down run by feel, at halfway watch say 90mins, then decided to jog home, because not worth the risk, (for longterm) took 120mins including 13mins walk. Happy to finish with this circumstances and completed the job 🙏🏻
