Afternoon Run

Warm feeling given the temps around freezing. Wore a breathable fleece and on the threshold block had my gloves and hat off, fleece zipped down. I hadn’t done a workout in over a week and really needed this. Tough week for running for me, with work and home/family I was too tired and low on time to prioritize training. 

I ran the threshold block, 5 km, by feel on the Lyseth 5k course but messed up the route a bit so it was slightly longer. No plate for this workout and my Rebels were feeling dead but my legs and fitness felt good.
