Well that is more like it & felt much better than Tuesday 🏃🏼♂️😁 even though the legs are still heavy (for no particular reason) 🤷🏼♂️
That was such hard work 🥵, body having none of it and telling me to calm the fu*k down 🤬, as this same run 5 days ago was 4mins faster 🤦🏼♂️
The cold has now progressed into the chest 🤦🏼♂️🤧 But am I still contemplating a Spring half? 🤔 or 2 😜
