Definitely pushing my fitness limit today, the 4th interval made my HR start heading to complaint levels. Actually, shouldn't be that bad; I've run HM in the past with it sustained at that level.
Limit for my left calf today too. Too higher effort last week coming into this really. I need a bit more of a gradual ramp.
And if I get a place (having dropped my hat in the Eryri lotter again for 2026) main effort to peek for isn't until late October.
