More parking lot laps. Quite amusing running past people sitting at their balcony about 23 times in less than 20 mins.

Couldn’t figure out if my calf(ves) was(were) very slightly stiff or there was some sort of phantom sensation going on there. Anyway, I’m pretty sure this was another success as there was no pain and nothing got worse as it progressed. And progressive progression is the leitmotif still - small steps will get me running ‘properly’ again soon.
