PT early AM core work, foot muscles and 15 min @ 52% weight.  Right leg getting better at full extension. Still not quite there but progressing along. 

 Foot and lower leg have been really sore from working on walking. Lots of little stability muscles that have to be built back up.  

Riding outside is so much nicer than the trainer.  Sloppy out but zone 2 spinning is easier to knock out.   

Spotted what I believe were Robb Finegan ♦️♦️  and Lance Evasco  tracks on the soggy trail.
