I forgot to "hit" resume on Strava so only halfs been recorded. 
After 2 months off the bike due to a freaky and embarrassing fall, I finally felt OK to get on the bike again. I fell onto my left side rib area and hit a metal bar hidden in the grass. I thought for sure I'd done in 3 or 4 ribs and it felt like I was stabbed in the side. Had an X-ray only to find out it was badly traumatised muscles, not broken ribs! Couldn't lie down horizontally to sleep for a month and a half. It took 8 weeks to come good...what a bummer cause I'm riding the Chiang Mai Gran Fondo this Sunday and had previously been in training just for that! I'll enjoy it anyway, because it's so damn good to be back in he saddle.
