Round and round sitting at the back
Then during a slowdown, got out in front 
And again later
The second time got a bit of a gap 
Chose to back off until the last three laps
At 3 to go i started working my way to the front of the group
The speed slowly increased
So i was chasing the leaders in the sprint up the hill again rather than being with them (must keep pedal pressure)
