Late evening treadmill run, Zone 1 / Zone 2

New running FTP: 264W
I was keen on testing what would be my heart rate drift when running at my long term target marathon pace.
Then there is some but just a few BPM and the perceived exertion was pretty constant as well. That's surprisingly good!

I'll repeat it to see how things are going over time.

Around this 1h block at 4:11 (measured with the Stryd Footpod, that corresponds to 14.9 kph on my treadmill) I had a warm-up, played around a few paces to evaluate treadmill speed vs measured pace, then an interval at 5:00 followed by 20min at 6:00 as a warm down.

Legs are a little heavy at the end, but it makes sense for 2h and 25km.

Fueling: 1 banana 🍌 after the 1h block.
