most "faster reps" at like 4.6mph...1/3 at 4.7mph and HR finally spiked 150s. Mostly high 140s into low 150s. Focus on form, cadence around 170spm and feeling glutes/calfs/hammies and not quads so much. Focus also on ankle "pre-flex" dorsiflexion with each step.
