Early morning. Zero excuses.

This morning’s MyWhoosh race was up the Jebel Hafeet  — a long, grinding climb which always seems it never ends 🤮

With 31 riders on the start line, I nearly got dropped around minute 28 but fought back (peak HR 187 😳). 

I started the climb in 12th place, and slowly worked my way forward over the 36-minute climb, finishing 5th overall.

Not perfect but it’s what the legs had this am.

And yes… this was a 3:00 AM workout session doing my own thing to great music
