Morning Run walk jog with grandkids leon and kai including 2 short hills
Morning Run 1st run since scarbrough 10k 2nd haematoma on bottom of foot still not 100% right but not as painful in recent weeks so junior park run with my 8yearold grandson leon 1st place for him hopefully he will stay interested in athletics
Morning Run happy with that on not much mileage aimed to follow 45min pacer but stayed in front of him
