Today was really hard going, roads deteriorated for the middle 3rd, a few slow moving towns, air getting to me and maybe a bit of sickness too. Really struggled for the last 2 hours.

Not all was lost though, weather picked up in the afternoon. Most excitingly I was asked to join a game of cricket, great ball, sadly he dropped the catch.
