Back at Gym - did some controlled x trainer efforts then moderate weights after - been 2 weeks since I was here so sensible !
What is normally and easy level spin felt quite solid - onwards
Met the lades for a Christmas cafe ride - then never had time for the cafe! Fog cold damp but back in the saddle! So a win
Low power (even lower then 170W) spin - back to it next week. Still coughing so need to do a new covid test. Feel ok now
Zwift - 12 x 3 mins again lifted to 170w (150w yesterday)- chest ok but cough at end but slow return over next few days-
