Marathons suck!

Really happy with my effort and how I fought today. It was just too hot for me. Fueling went well and as planned, however I needed to get in more electrolytes earlier. Heart rate was higher than expected which I should have taken as a sign to slow down a bit during the first half. Pushed as long as I could and tried to hold something close to goal pace until my legs completed bricked around mile 23.
